His role is to facilitate unique opportunities for land developers, home builders and lenders.

Brett Hardesty - Brett is a third generation homebuilder in the St. Louis area. He is an active membber of the industry, and is past president of the HBA. He currently serves on the board of directors of the NAHB, is a member of the National Land Development Comittee and the Land Use Policy subcommittee. His homes have won more than 30 Homer awards for design, value and visual appeal. He is well versed in zoning laws and has excellent relationships with the cities of Wildwood, Chesterfield and the City of St. Louis.

John M. Rooney - John has been a leader in the design, construction, sales and marketing of over 7,000 single and multi-family units in the last decade, including many in the St. Louis region. He has provided his company remarkable proficiency in project and construction management as well as national sales and marketing campaigns throughout the U.S. He brings the same principles and work ethics to E-404.

William Rombach- Formerly with Pantheon Construction and McBride and Son Homes, Bill is experienced in single-family and multi-family new construction, multifamily rehabilitation, and real-estate development. While at Pantheon, Bill was General Manager of a $30 Million construction mamagement portfolio. He complements the E-404 team with his strong construction management and development background.

Jan Demas...spokesperson for Meadows of Wildwood.....Jan grew up in the Ladue suburb of St. Louis and went on to get her degree in Speech Communication from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.  She's been a news anchor on both KPLR-TV and KDNL-TV in St. Louis as well as a local disc jockey. Jan's been in thousands of local, national and international TV commercials, infomercials and videos along with her current 'unofficial' title of 'The TV Home Show Lady' in St. Louis and 32 other cities. Tom Basler - Tom is the leader of The Basler Group, a team of talented real estate professionals ready to help Meadows of Wildwood customers with the details of their move.
